What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable cloud platforms and automation that reduce operational toil, improve observability, and accelerate incident resolution. I value opportunities to work with Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, AI-driven operations, and cross-functional engineering teams.

At Infosys, I've reduced recurring incidents by 70% through structured RCA, proactive Dynatrace monitoring, SLO-aligned alerting, and cross-functional post-mortems. I also built an Amazon Bedrock-powered RCA pipeline that analyzes ActiveBatch job failures and sends recommended resolutions through Microsoft Teams, eliminating manual production log triage.
