What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote contract and consulting engagements in L&D, learning design, facilitation, and people development—delivering training needs analysis, engaging learning programmes, and coaching that supports behaviour change and measurable engagement.

I’m a Learning and Development professional with 12+ years across corporate L&D, instructional design, behavioural training, facilitation, and executive coaching. I bring an MBA (HR), NLP Master Practitioner, and Certified Positive Psychology Coach mindset to help individuals and teams shift behaviour through structured learning and real-world coaching.

Most recently, I owned L&D, training, and employee engagement at a Fortis-associate hospital, owning training needs analysis, learning content design, and engagement/retention initiatives. Now, as Founder and Principal Coach of Mind Soul Alignment, I design and deliver coaching programmes for 3,000+ people globally, and I also build AI automation tooling (Claude, Python, Make.com) to run end-to-end content and workflow systems in my practice.
