I'm targeting Senior Manager L&D, Learning Business Partner, and Capability Building Lead roles.

At Genpact India, I lead L&D for a 200+ employee workforce across 21 accounts. I reduced ramp-up time from 10 to 6 days and lifted quality by 28%.

I designed and deployed 23 training programs reaching 1,014 learners, and established Growth Development Centres that supported 26 promotions and a pipeline of 79 ready-now successors.

I partner with four Directors and VPs to connect learning with business KPIs. I also built an automated feedback-summary workflow using Copilot and Scout, saving three hours a week for 23 users.

At GUVI Geek Network (IITM Research Park), I led 45 trainers and two programs for 1,500 learners. I helped improve placement and employability outcomes from 16% to 55% through interviewing frameworks and job-readiness interventions.
