At Aurolab, I build ophthalmology e-learning and product training materials for international business teams. I translate complex clinical and product information into learner-centered courses using Articulate Storyline 360.
I've designed and developed 50+ interactive and standard e-learning modules, including assessments, quizzes, illustrations, graphics, presentations, and instructional materials. I use ChatGPT, Claude, and HeyGen to streamline content drafting, scripting, and video creation.
I deliver technical product training, induction programs, clinical education, and hands-on dealer visits for internal teams, international direct sales teams, dealers, and doctors across regions. I also evaluate learner feedback and completion data to improve training content and delivery.
I administer Moodle LMS content, course deployment, learner enrollment, assessments, completion tracking, and training records. With an MBA in Health Service Management and a BTech in Biomedical Engineering, I'm pursuing HR, Learning & Development, and training-focused opportunities in international organizations.
