What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hybrid role in Montreal or a fully remote opportunity where I can support secure SaaS, identity, endpoint, and IT operations while continuing to build automation and cybersecurity capabilities.

I've supported Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and cross-platform endpoint fleets at Rowse Honey and Simon Hegele Logistics & Service, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues under strict SLAs. I manage identity, access, device compliance, security monitoring, and user lifecycle processes across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

I've also built PHANTOM, a Python-based autonomous research pipeline using ChromaDB and local LLMs, while maintaining remote IT infrastructure for a nonprofit. As a bilingual English/French IT professional with Cisco cybersecurity credentials, I bring hands-on automation, troubleshooting, and security-focused operations experience.
