What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an SLA-driven environment—ideally healthcare—where I can triage Sev1–Sev4 incidents, drive root-cause documentation, and support Azure AD/Okta IAM, SSO/SCIM, monitoring, and secure uptime.

I’m a Technical Analyst and IT Support professional supporting enterprise environments with a strong service mindset. At Accenture, I manage multi-priority queues and resolve incidents within SLA while keeping customer and internal stakeholders informed.

I own Sev1–Sev4 triage for access/authentication failures, API latency, and service disruptions. I investigate using Datadog telemetry, HAR captures, and logs, then document root cause, impact, workarounds, and remediation so teams can move quickly and prevent repeat issues.
