What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, or Technical Support role, including remote opportunities.

At Hakunamatata Microfinance Bank, I assisted users with password resets, account-access problems, and routine troubleshooting to help restore access to workplace systems.

I created user accounts and supported account administration using Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace. I also used ticketing-system workflows to track support requests and document reported issues.

I handled confidential account information carefully, explained troubleshooting steps to users, and escalated issues when they needed additional support. Earlier, as a Media Control Room Intern at Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), I supported operations and programme scheduling.
