I’m looking for a remote environment where I can gain professional work experience through enterprise IT support, and also the ability to grow in my career.

I’m an IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, managing identity and access, and resolving endpoint, network, and cloud connectivity issues through structured troubleshooting. I consistently follow SLA-driven workflows and keep accurate, lifecycle-based ticket documentation.

In my current Enterprise IT Support Lab role (September 2025–Present), I provision and manage user accounts across Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, configuring OUs, security groups, MFA, and Conditional Access to ensure correct access from day one. I also execute complete offboarding workflows—blocking sign-in, revoking active sessions, resetting passwords, and converting mailboxes to shared—to prevent unauthorized post-departure access.

I diagnose authentication failures using Entra ID sign-in logs and Group Policy, resolve Windows 10/11 and network connectivity issues (DNS/DHCP and endpoint failures), and restore access quickly by identifying root causes. I support Microsoft 365 collaboration by troubleshooting Outlook/Exchange Online licensing, recovering deleted files via the second-stage recycle bin, and fixing external user invitation failures by enabling guest access in the tenant—while delivering remote support using RDP and Zoho Assist and managing tickets in Jira Service Management and Zendesk.
