I’m a motivated, detail-oriented IT Support professional with a strong foundation in computer systems, technical troubleshooting, customer support, and cybersecurity fundamentals. I focus on delivering quality support through clear communication and consistent problem-solving.

I recently completed the Google IT Support Foundations course on Coursera, building practical knowledge in operating systems, networking, system administration, and IT support best practices. Through Coursera Labs, I performed entry-level, hands-on troubleshooting and support tasks.

In practical training, I diagnosed and resolved common hardware and software issues, and completed basic system administration tasks like user account and password management. I applied Windows and Linux operating system fundamentals and reinforced networking concepts and cybersecurity best practices.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, which strengthened my analytical and communication skills. I’m eager to contribute to an organization’s IT team while continuously developing my professional expertise in IT support.
