At Kien Huy Dental Clinic, I welcome customers, collect basic information, and keep track of their dental treatment. I also arrange appointments and follow up with customers after services.
I create and post content on Facebook and TikTok. This role has helped me gain knowledge related to dental care and become more flexible when arranging appointments between customers and the dentist.
Previously, I worked as a Fee Administrator at FPT PolySchool, uploading payment documents to its payment system and managing education-related expenses. My other experience includes customer support, counselling, retail, and assisting with English lessons.
