I'm looking to grow in customer support, tech, or fintech environments where I can use data, CRM systems, and troubleshooting to improve customer experiences.

I'm a Customer Support professional currently managing client communication, bookings, and CRM records as a Spa Receptionist & Operations Assistant. I maintain records for 100+ regular clients, resolve scheduling issues, and use peak-booking data to support staffing decisions that reduce wait times.

Previously, I handled live chat support and 30+ daily orders for an online store, coordinating delayed deliveries and tracking stock in Google Sheets. I'm also building data-analysis experience through survey design, Excel data cleaning, and presenting user-behavior findings in clear visual formats.
