What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a full-time role in Business Information Systems, IT Business Analysis, Network Engineering, or IT Operations where I can contribute cross-functional value and operational support.

At Orange Business, I created a Python automation script to detect outdated platform services and compile audit reports in Excel. I also learned enterprise monitoring workflows and real-time network service performance tracking.

For my SmartShield graduation project, I designed and built a FortiGate-style firewall with an integrated AI chatbot that guides users through security settings in plain language.

At CommVault, I worked alongside senior support engineers and developed working knowledge of ticket lifecycle management, troubleshooting escalation, and enterprise virtualization.

I earned a BSc in Business Technology with a Networks major from Canadian International College. I’m continuing to study systems administration and modern C programming, and pursuing CCNA certification.
