What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my IT, networking, technical support, and AI training while growing through hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and customer-focused work.

I've delivered professional customer support as a Call Center Representative, resolving customer problems and communicating effectively under pressure.

I'm a third-year Information Technology student at the Canadian International College, building practical knowledge in networking, technical support, computer troubleshooting, Windows installation, and Microsoft tools.

I've completed Artificial Intelligence training through the National Telecommunication Institute, covering AI, machine learning fundamentals, Python, data analysis, and problem solving. I'm interested in applying these skills across IT, networking, cybersecurity, hardware, and software development.
