I’m a business analytics and information systems graduate with an MBA in progress, and I enjoy turning complex information into practical, reliable decisions. Through my projects, I’ve focused on applying analytics to business operations with strong attention to quality and risk.

In predictive analytics and AI work, I analyze data in Excel and SPSS using cluster analysis, multiple regression, ANOVA, ROC, and conjoint analysis, and I build predictive risk models tied to emerging generative AI disruption. I also evaluate AI tools and translate ethical implications into actionable risk-mitigation guidelines for organizations.

On the technical side, I’ve completed cybersecurity assessments covering cryptography, access control management, and security across operating systems, applications, databases, networks, web systems, and physical security. In my role as a Technical Support Assistant, I monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical errors, run security-focused quality checks for camera applications, and train team members on digital tools.
