I’m a Dedicated Customer Support Specialist with nearly 2 years of experience providing exceptional customer service for international brands, including Airbnb, Expedia, and Rapha. I’m comfortable supporting international customers in high-volume environments and working effectively in fast-paced remote teams.
In my Airbnb support work, I assisted guests and hosts through phone, chat, and email while maintaining high customer satisfaction. I resolved booking issues, reservation modifications, cancellations, and payment-related inquiries, investigated customer concerns while following company policies, and collaborated with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for Expedia (Concentrix), supporting travelers with hotel bookings, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes. I handled high volumes of inbound customer interactions and focused on meeting quality and performance targets.
I also supported Rapha as a Student Customer Support Representative by assisting customers with order inquiries, returns, exchanges, and product information via email and chat.
