I’m a strategic customer relations and support professional with experience spanning customer support leadership, data analysis, and policy research. I bring together data, technology, and stakeholder engagement to drive better service delivery, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

At GrowForMe (AgriTech Platform), I’ve led customer support and client service work focused on measurable outcomes. I collaborate with sales, technical, and finance teams to improve customer retention, investor communication, and lead conversion, while managing structured client reporting and feedback analysis to guide operational and system-level improvements.

I also lead analytics-driven operations through roles at ISSER (University of Ghana) with IFC and the World Bank Group. I align field execution with reporting and management decision needs, analyzing structured datasets to generate management-level insights that support policy design and service delivery outcomes.

Earlier, as a Policy & Research Analyst with USAID, I supported data collection frameworks and analytical processes for national health insurance initiatives. I conduct policy research and analysis to enable evidence-based program design and evaluation, backed by my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certified AI Foundations credential and my training in public administration, geography, and rural development.
