What I'm looking for
I’m a strategic customer relations and support professional with experience spanning customer support leadership, data analysis, and policy research. I bring together data, technology, and stakeholder engagement to drive better service delivery, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
At GrowForMe (AgriTech Platform), I’ve led customer support and client service work focused on measurable outcomes. I collaborate with sales, technical, and finance teams to improve customer retention, investor communication, and lead conversion, while managing structured client reporting and feedback analysis to guide operational and system-level improvements.
