What I'm looking for
I bring 3+ years of experience handling high-volume calls, resolving inquiries, and delivering warm, efficient service in fast-paced environments. I’m skilled in remote communication, active listening, and customer de-escalation, so issues get handled with patience and professionalism.
In my administrative assistant/receptionist role, I answered and directed inbound calls, maintained confidential client records, and completed accurate data entry using Excel, Word, and Outlook. I also produced monthly reports, identified data errors, and ensured files stayed organized, while coordinating scheduling and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
