I’m looking for a role where I can support daily office operations—managing calendars, handling incoming inquiries, and delivering customer-focused service. I thrive in organized environments with clear priorities, consistent deadlines, and opportunities to grow.

I’m an administrative professional with experience in office operations, administrative support, and customer service. I’m highly organized and self-motivated, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and I consistently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

In my current on-call role at Edward Jones, I screen incoming phone calls, maintain calendars and schedules to set appointments, and route and disperse incoming mail. Previously at Dollar General, I served as Store Manager—training staff on proper cash handling procedures, interviewing and hiring prospective employees, handling customer complaints, and building weekly work schedules to meet staffing needs.
