Hello There!

I'm Samantha, a Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for coaching, improving work efficiency, and managing talent. My current contract with IBM is ending, allowing me to pursue my next career endeavor. I am eager to seek an opportunity in Human Resource where I can grow my expertise in coaching and enriching people and talent, along side my HR skillset and knowledge.

As an IBM Recruiter, I have had the honor of enriching my knowledge base in this field by working with top global companies. I have learned the breadth and depth needed to be a proficient Recruiter, and now seek to do the same as an overall HR Professional.

I am confident that my background and knowledge will make me the ideal candidate for your Human Resource role. I have over 5 years of administrative and HR experience, which includes supporting Fortune 10 companies. I have a B.S in psychology and I am constantly indulging in self- development topics, which allows me to reach insights that many other individuals tend to overlook. I have worked in the customer service industry which has provided me extensive experience in learning how to communicate with diverse populations.

I am eager for how I will be able to apply my passions of coaching and empowering others, alongside my HR experience, in my next position. I am assured that my previous experiences of coaching and advising recruiters and higher ups, in collaboration with my various mentoring experiences regarding enhancing company efficiency shapes me in to being a distinguishable candidate for your next role.
