I'm currently supporting insurance customers at Fred Loya Insurance, handling policy inquiries, payments, account updates, and confidential records in English and Spanish.

During my congressional internship with the Office of U.S. Representative Beto O'Rourke, I organized confidential constituent case files and supported public town halls alongside 15 interns.
