I’m an Electrical Engineering graduate with hands-on experience building IoT projects and supporting customers in fast-paced, remote environments. I combine analytical thinking and problem-solving with strong communication to drive reliable outcomes.

In my recent role as a Customer Service Associate / Concession Abuse Prevention Specialist at Amazon (Remote), I handled Indian customers via phone and supported North American customers via chat and email. I ensured policy compliance and efficient issue resolution during high-volume peak festive periods.

My projects sharpen my technical approach and attention to real-world constraints. For IOT-BASED SMART WEARABLES, I developed a smart helmet using Arduino Uno with ultrasonic, GPS, and gyroscope sensors, delivering features like real-time obstacle detection, fall alert, and alcohol detection for rider safety and health monitoring.

I bring a collaborative, adaptable mindset—strengthened by technical troubleshooting and virtual customer support. I’m comfortable working independently in remote settings and I’m eager to contribute my engineering foundation and customer-first problem-solving to a team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
