In my recent role as an HR Assistant Manager, I handled end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. I maintained HR databases and kept employee records accurate, developed orientation programs, and led policy training sessions and employee engagement events. I also owned payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legal standards and timely disbursement.

Before that, I led recruitment for diverse roles as a Senior HR Associate and supervised a team of 3 recruiters. I’ve also delivered measurable onboarding results—earning an “Emerging Star” for onboarding 30 candidates in one month—while supporting event coordination and recruitment strategies through internships.
