I’m looking for middle-level HRM/HRD work in recruitment and people development, plus policy planning & implementation, within a people-driven, growth-oriented organization where I can deliver end-to-end hiring and measurable HR impact.

I am a result oriented Human Resource Management professional with rich experience across HRM/HRD and full-cycle recruitment. I have worked as an HR Recruiter managing sourcing, screening, interviews, joining, and onboarding follow-ups to deliver both quality and volume.

From Varite India and Yellow Box, I owned end-to-end candidate responsibility—candidate engagement with consultants and account managers, interview coordination, and accountable screening across experience, education, logistics, skills, and hygiene factors. I also negotiated and finalized salary and notice period as per requirement.

Earlier roles with Tata Cummins and Kotak Mahindra strengthened my HR operations: implementing remuneration policies, performance management and improvement tracking, employee reference checks, HR filing systems, MIS reporting, and payroll processing backup support.
