I’m looking to grow in HR where I can own end-to-end recruitment, strengthen employee relations, and use HR analytics to improve retention and decision-making. I value clear policies, compliance, and a supportive, learning-focused culture.

I’m a certified HR professional with 4+ years of experience across end-to-end HR functions, including full-cycle recruitment, talent placement, and advanced ATS management. I’m passionate about continuous learning and using data-backed HR decisions to support organizational success.

In my current role as Senior HR Executive, I manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding—while aligning hiring needs with business goals. I also oversee attendance, payroll, exit process, and employee records to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
