I am an MBA (Human Resource) graduate and BCA holder beginning my HR career with hands-on skills in sourcing, screening, onboarding, and employee engagement. I am passionate about fostering positive work environments and supporting team goals.

I have practical exposure to ATS (basic), payroll and attendance, Google Sheets, and MS Office, and trained in IT recruitment processes including Boolean search and candidate follow-ups. I completed HR and communication certifications that strengthened my sourcing, screening, Excel, ATS and candidate-handling capabilities.

In academic projects I built and maintained an alumni database using .NET and HTML to track graduates and showcase achievers. I am eager to gain experience in a reputed organization where I can grow within HR and contribute to recruitment and employee development initiatives.
