My core strength is Guidewire PolicyCenter: requirements gathering, rating & pricing, functional design, UAT, and stakeholder management. I’ve delivered 20+ PolicyCenter enhancements and implemented compliance changes to align 15+ insurance products with evolving regulatory frameworks.
I also bring product design and adoption focus—creating 10+ wireframes and mockups, conducting 15+ Guidewire training sessions to onboard 5 new team members, and preparing KPI-based dashboards to support post-implementation outcomes. I’ve led end-to-end development of a new ERP product from concept to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, production-ready handover.
