I bridge business requirements and product delivery through sprint planning, backlog prioritization, UAT, data migration, API integration, and stakeholder collaboration. I use VPMS, JIRA, Assure, GitHub, Postman, SQL, and Product Stage to improve accuracy, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
Earlier, I delivered insurance implementations at Max NewYork Life and created requirements, use cases, test scenarios, and production-support solutions at Computer Science Corporation. I've also built reusable product frameworks, designed Dutch disability-insurance models, and led a four-member CoE team developing an Indian general-insurance framework.
