I standardized branch and HQ networks with Ubiquiti Unifi systems and Checkpoint Firewall, and deployed endpoint and email security measures. The endpoint deployment reduced malware incidents by 45% while supporting healthcare and government compliance requirements.
Previously, at Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel, I managed Microsoft 365 and Azure AD and centralized system management with Group Policy Objects, WSUS, and WDS. Earlier, I supported hotel IT operations at Raffles Seychelles and Fairmont Dubai, and worked in network engineering and administration at Rivan Systems and ALTA Group.
