What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT operations, infrastructure, networking, and technical support teams while improving service quality, deployment practices, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.

At Touchworld Technology, I lead a 24-person IT and GPS support team delivering service across all six Emirates. I manage complex incidents, field assignments, customer escalations, onsite quality control, and technical training.

I oversee fleet telemetry deployments using Teltonika and TFB trackers, fuel sensors, RFID, 1-wire readers, temperature/humidity sensors, and door sensors. I also manage SIRA-related customer-account and vehicle-registration workflows for Securepath operations serving rental-car and hazardous-vehicle customers.

Over more than four years at Touchworld Technology, I introduced software, device, and workflow improvements that increased team productivity by 50%. I’ve also upgraded server-rack, network, and local-storage infrastructure while supporting CCTV, biometric access, endpoints, printers, and physical-security deployments.

Earlier, at United Gulf Construction Co., I assembled, deployed, and network-integrated 120 PCs, IP phones, and biometric devices across office and temporary-site environments. My foundation in LAN/WAN administration, Windows systems, Azure, routing and switching, and hands-on endpoint support is backed by Microsoft Azure and Cisco certifications.
