What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can lead compliant onboarding, build long-term customer relationships, grow accounts, and collaborate across sales, compliance, payments, and client services.

I've supported client acquisition, onboarding, retention, and account growth across fintech, banking, payments, forex, and telecommunications. Most recently at Interpolitan Money, I onboarded corporate and individual clients seeking alternative digital banking solutions across multiple jurisdictions.

I managed end-to-end onboarding including KYC/AML reviews, risk assessments, beneficial ownership verification, and regulatory compliance. I partnered with Payments, Compliance, and Client Services teams to improve documentation, reduce activation timelines, and provide ongoing support.

Previously, I managed a portfolio of 137 SMB clients at Sharaf DG with annual revenue of AED 9.8 million, while driving retention, upselling, and churn reduction. I've also launched a corporate banking and Visa/Mastercard business vertical, built a 1,500+ company prospect database, and used CRM platforms to maintain disciplined pipelines and customer records.
