I build and customize ITSM capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Case, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. I've created workflows and automated approvals with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, while developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
My work includes CMDB administration, CI relationship mapping, CMDB Health monitoring, REST and SOAP integrations, SLA configuration, and platform security through roles, groups, and ACLs.
I also provide L2/L3 production support, resolve complex incidents within SLA timelines, contribute to release and upgrade activities, and improve service processes using ITIL-aligned practices.
