What I'm looking for
I am a results-oriented Chief Operating Officer with over eight years of experience building and scaling end-to-end customer support, operations, supply chain, marketing and finance functions. I excel at designing processes that enable teams to deliver consistent, customer-first outcomes.
At Devdham I built and led a 12-member customer support organisation handling roughly 500 grievances monthly and managed operations that dispatched ~4,000 prasad packets per month while keeping non-delivery under 5%. I launched and scaled the Abhimantrit e-commerce vertical from zero to ₹25 lakh monthly revenue and contributed to a USD 1.59M funding round.
Earlier, I launched and led the medical tourism vertical at ZiffyHomes, opening four properties within three months and driving substantial revenue, and I managed corporate accounts, forecasting and quality initiatives at OYO to support regional growth. My background includes supply chain and procurement oversight, demand generation, P&L analysis and investor relations.
