What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a multilingual customer support, IT service desk, or operations role where I can resolve complex issues, support customers and teams, and continue developing my technical and leadership skills.

At Tata Consultancy Services in Budapest, I support EMEA PC users in Turkish, Russian, and English, resolving software and hardware issues, providing remote support, logging cases, and escalating complex incidents to specialist IT teams.

Previously, I supported international sales and marketing at Renful Premier Technologies through quotations, CRM, SAP billing, financial reporting, customer training, and technical assistance. At Qatar Airways in Baku, I supervised airport service, check-in, boarding, baggage, ticketing, ramp operations, disruption handling, and staff training while working toward on-time departures.
