At Work4Flow, I develop the AI Onboarding Hub, a ServiceNow application that helps organizations assess AI readiness, identify customization impacts, and accelerate adoption of AI Search, Virtual Agent, Now Assist Skills, and Agentic Workflows.

I build UI Builder components, dashboards, scripts, scheduled jobs, and Flow Designer automations, while validating AI Search, Now Assist Skills, and Agentic Workflow configurations across ServiceNow instances. I also create testing capabilities using Test Management 2.0 and support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, release validation, and technical documentation.

Previously at Fujitsu Consulting, I developed scoped applications and Now Mobile approval experiences, configured Employee Center and HRSD processes, and automated catalog, workflow, notification, and reporting activities. My work also included Slack integration, Oracle B2C Service knowledge migration, and PowerShell-based bulk knowledge imports.

Before ServiceNow development, I led data collection, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and dashboard work at SBF, translating cross-functional data needs into actionable insights.
