I’m a motivated Business Informatics student with experience in customer service, collections, and administrative support. In my current Customer Collections Consultant role at ikeja Wireless, I monitored customer payments, followed up on outstanding accounts through calls and chats, and resolved inbound and outbound customer queries to meet KPI targets.

I also build data-driven recommendations through real practice: during a Mastercard virtual internship, I completed a consulting simulation focused on data-driven marketing analysis and promotional strategy optimization. I analyze large datasets to identify sales and customer engagement trends, develop data-backed marketing plans, and present findings using data storytelling and visualization for non-technical stakeholders.
