At ACE Design Studio, I lead product and service engagements from discovery and workflow analysis through prototyping and delivery. I also design, build and deploy client websites, from information architecture and responsive UI to launch and post-launch iteration.
At Australian Islamic Network, I set the design direction for Project Hikayah and shape its website structure and audience pathways. I also established the organisation’s brand system and worked on national operations and business transformation.
My research for Multicultural Mailer investigated the needs and service gaps of the Indonesian community in Australia, translating interviews, workshops and data into recommendations for service providers. I bring that cultural-intelligence practice to product design, alongside AI-assisted workflows that keep human review in the loop.
