Joined Aptixlab as a Senior Product Designer for the Niffty app. Redefined the design process, adapted mobile app designs into responsive web, conceptualized and designed high-impact web features, and implemented a Design System.

Responsible for designing heavily themed components and assets for betting web and native applications, with a focus on gamification and User Interface. Delivered developer-friendly assets utilizing Figma's handoff-to-code and complex variables features.

Actively participated in the startup's first months of product concepts and marketing strategies. Delivered screens and prototyped the beta version of an industry-disrupting psychometric test. Managed to deliver assets in a fast-paced environment with different user personas and roles.

Responsible for transitioning from Sketch/Zeplin to Figma, introducing industry standard UX principles and processes, managing multiple projects, implementing gamification on product design, and leading a growing product design team. Designed user and flow maps, wire-frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Joined as a Senior/Lead UI and UX designer, working on a full revamp of their existing mobile app and web app. Responsible for setting product design guidelines, defining strategy and scope, and documenting Analytics guidelines. Redesigned the EM IoT mobile application and implemented a new User Interface and User Experience.

Designed a multi-platform mobile puzzle game from concept to live iteration. Achieved great usage and download rates worldwide. Lead co-founder and responsible for creating and presenting the company at events and pitch to investors.

Started as an intern and became a full-time employee. Proposed and led the free-shipping deployment project. Focused on UX/CX practices and implemented them across digital and physical products. Managed product data and selling strategy for Brazil and Latin America.
