I’m looking for a friendly environment where I can complete training and transition into a regular role. I want to contribute through customer-focused support, meet performance metrics, and improve workflows that enhance customer experience.

I’m a results-driven Customer Service Representative with 1 year and 3 months of experience providing exceptional support to customers via chat. I’m known for clear, timely, and empathetic communication, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments where customers need answers right away.
