Ryan Meyer

I’m an Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in customer-facing service and day-to-day operations, including greeting customers, performing oil changes, and handling additional services. I manage and run crews when the manager isn’t present, and I address small claims and customer issues to keep service moving smoothly.

I’ve led training and retraining for entire crews and Store Managers, and I’m comfortable placing and receiving orders while keeping physical inventory of products. My background also includes retail leadership—opening/closing stores, counting cash drawers, stocking, and ordering product—so I know how to support both people and processes.

Beyond operations, I bring caregiving and clerical experience, including hospice/senior care, memory unit activities, and keeping paperwork organized. I’m seeking a role where I can combine leadership, service, and practical problem-solving to deliver reliable results.
