I'm operating and monitoring three computer-controlled Mitsubishi laser cutting systems at Dubuque Laser & Fabrication, troubleshooting automated processes and maintaining parts to strict technical specifications.

I've increased monthly laser runtime by 20% year-over-year by re-engineering inspection workflows and inspecting multiple parts on a single sheet. I also created and documented a measurement formula that reduced complex part inspection time from 45 minutes and standardized quality checks for our three-person team.

Previously, I supported a 54-aircraft fleet in the United States Air Force, completing 150 to 300 post-flight structural inspections each month. I managed tool-room and bench-stock inventory for a 9- to 10-person maintenance unit and trained incoming technicians on laser etching equipment.

I'm building on this hands-on foundation through a Master's in Information Technology and certifications in AWS Cloud, CompTIA A+, ITIL 4, and project management.
