At the California Civil Rights Department, I administer the Information Security Management Program for five sites and 400 users, leading security and privacy awareness training, phishing simulations, risk assessments, incident response, data governance, and change management.
I've also strengthened customer security through consulting, helped Adventist Health migrate from Novell to Windows and virtual infrastructure, and designed secure network systems for Tulare County Superior Court. My work combines security engineering, network security, vulnerability assessment, SIEM monitoring, documentation, and project leadership.
