I’m looking for a role where I can own fintech/payments growth end-to-implementation, build crypto/fintech and embedded partnerships, and drive ROI-based value selling with strong exec collaboration and clear accountability for underwriting, risk, and performance.

I’m a FinTech and payments sales executive with 15+ years of experience opening new revenue channels, selling complex payment solutions, and building partner ecosystems across merchant acquiring, embedded finance, and non-bank financial-services environments. I translate payment infrastructure—underwriting, settlement, processor economics, gateway strategy, and risk requirements—into clear business value for founders, C-suite stakeholders, software leaders, merchants, and operators.

Most recently as VP of Payments and Partnership, I owned payments sales and processor relationships end-to-end, increasing payments revenue from $9.8M to $14.1M in four months and improving profitability from 0.40% to 1.68%. I also built Tier 1 onboarding momentum through Adyen by managing underwriting and go-live execution, while strengthening processor revenue-share economics from 20–30% to 50–60%. Previously, as Director of ISV/ERP & Strategic Partnerships at PayTrace, I sourced and led ISV/ERP/SaaS partnership motion from prospecting through implementation, achieving 150% of annual quota and adding $50M+ in annual processing volume, and earlier I led consultative sales and business development that connected compliance, risk reduction, and workflow improvement to long-term financial impact.
