What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a systems-oriented HR, talent acquisition, learning and development, or project coordination role where I can improve workflows, support people programs, and continue building technical and operational capabilities.

At ActivAsia, Inc., I design nationwide recruitment strategies, hire HR Associates and Part-Time Recruiters, and manage recruitment operations across North Luzon, Central Luzon, and Greater Manila Area.

I've led the development of an Attendance Tracking Application to streamline payroll and improve store coverage, while also overseeing payroll, compensation, operational audits, innovation proposals, and executive review decks. I work closely with operations, AppDev, and leadership teams to turn workforce challenges into practical, data-informed improvements.

Previously, I coordinated full-cycle recruitment, internship programs, HRIS training, onboarding, compliance documentation, benefits administration, and LMS-supported learning initiatives at Land Registration Systems and Stratpoint Global Outsourcing.
