What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue designing and developing engaging, interactive eLearning, with freedom to improve course design, learner experience, and the tools and methods used to deliver learning.

I've spent over eight years at CareShield/BroadShield creating engaging, interactive eLearning material, from an apprenticeship through independently designing and developing courses.

As an eLearning Designer/Developer, I work with management teams to meet client specifications, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement new functions that improve the learner experience. I also collaborate with instructional designers to add meaningful interactivity.

I've trained new staff, apprentices, and experienced colleagues on eLearning tools, while supporting marketing with assets including leaflets and handouts.

Earlier, I built advanced courses and Articulate Storyline templates, managed LMS course uploads and learner tracking, and quality-assured content for accuracy and accessibility before release. I continuously look for new ways to keep design fresh.
