I’m looking for a role where I can drive regulated, cross-functional B2B delivery—design onboarding and integration playbooks, improve predictability, and scale throughput while keeping stakeholders aligned to clean go-live governance.

I’m an Implementation & Delivery Manager with 10+ years leading end-to-end onboarding, implementation and go-live for B2B clients and partners across regulated, high-complexity environments (iGaming, Payments/FinTech, SaaS, education and professional services). I own delivery from kickoff and requirements through go-live and post-implementation handover, coordinating platform integrations, QA and cross-functional teams while translating client requirements and commercial priorities into structured execution.

In recent work, I scaled quarterly delivery throughput 6x in 12 months, cut average time-to-go-live to 50 days, and maintained zero churn across 100+ active partners. I’ve also launched and managed multiple integration tracks to add incremental quarterly volume, and I use Jira-based pipeline governance plus AI-assisted workflow automation to improve predictability and response times.

I hold a PhD in International and European Law, which strengthens my regulatory fluency in compliance-driven delivery environments. Earlier, I led B2B training and consulting engagements end-to-end and managed large multi-stakeholder programme operations, reinforcing my structured analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery execution mindset.
