What I'm looking for

I want to own payments end to end, pricing, routing, risk, and live performance, at a company where payments is a revenue line rather than a support function. Strongest on the payout and cross-border side, where I've built infrastructure from scratch at €1B+ scale. Fully remote, EU citizen, based in Brazil and available for US or European hours.

I'm a payments and product leader with over a decade across a licensed sponsor bank, fintech scale-ups, and high-volume marketplaces.

At Bolt I joined as employee #15 and built the global driver payout infrastructure from nothing, scaling it past €1B across 45+ countries. Partner integration, pricing, launch, live performance, all of it. Most payments people have built pay-ins. Payouts are where I'm deepest, and that's the harder half.

At LHV Bank I ran payment operations for 200+ regulated PSPs and EMIs on SEPA and UK Faster Payments, with an eight-person team and incident command across the bank when things broke.

I treat authorization rates and payment cost as P&L lines, not ops metrics. At Planet42 I rebuilt the PSP contract stack and took roughly 30% out of the cost base. I work end to end across cards, instant and account-to-account rails, and mobile money, and I present strategy and results at C-level.

I've also shipped two AI products of my own, so AI tooling is something I build with rather than talk about.
