What I'm looking for

I seek a senior HR role where I can lead HR operations and payroll, drive compliance and process improvements, and partner with leaders to scale people strategy.

I am an HR Manager with extensive experience leading HR operations for mid-size and multisite organizations, managing teams and owning the end-to-end HR lifecycle including recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits and learning & development. I deliver HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives, design HR KPIs and reporting for data-driven executive decisions, and ensure full compliance with local labour legislation and corporate policies.

Throughout my career I have led payroll delivery for international clients using ADP, CloudPay and Safeguard, implemented ERP and payroll portals, and managed up to 1,000-employee payroll operations and 200 temporary worker billing. I focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, client satisfaction and scalable HR solutions that support business growth.
