What I'm looking for

I seek a strategic HR role where I can partner with leadership to drive talent development, organizational change, and measurable people outcomes in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

I am an HR leader with broad experience across talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and organizational design, partnering closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. I have led HR functions and managed large-scale initiatives—such as reskilling programs, talent reviews, retention strategies, and workforce planning—while overseeing payroll, performance evaluation, and employee engagement processes.

I bring hands-on experience in building HR structures, coaching managers, launching development programs and improving organizational climate through data-driven people practices. I have worked across local and global teams, supported expatriate employees, and driven employer-branding and onboarding/offboarding improvements to enhance employee experience and long-term business impact.
