At L3W – Material Elétrico, I’m the sole HR function for a growing multi-site retailer, owning the employee lifecycle end to end. I authored a company-wide HR strategic plan and presented retention, organisational climate, and HR priorities to the Executive Board.

I also investigate employee relations cases, partnering with employment counsel for legal review, and manage compliance documentation, contracts, payroll processing, and training-plan tracking across branches.

At Proglobal, I owned end-to-end HR operations and built processes and policies from the ground up, including the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Earlier, at Randstad, I coordinated HR and employee-relations operations for Just Eat’s distributed UK workforce and supported investigations and offboarding documentation.
