What I'm looking for
I am a Senior HR Specialist with over four years' experience managing HR processes, rewards and payroll across international organisations. I bring hands-on expertise with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SILAE and ADP to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
In my current role as France Rewards Administrator I manage trainee and temporary employee reporting, profile creation and SAP transactions, improving operational accuracy for large-scale uploads. Previously as a Payroll Specialist I produced monthly employer reports, managed final settlements and handled high volumes of employee tickets via ServiceNow.
At Schneider Electric I led sustainability and career workshops, improved recruitment outreach and managed end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, payroll-related reporting and GDPR documentation for the French market. I consistently meet SLAs while building strong stakeholder relationships with HRBPs, payroll and reward teams.
